How it works
- You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge for a plan.
- Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
- Your 14-day free trial is separate — you're not charged during the trial, so no refund is needed if you cancel before it ends.
How to request a refund
Choose whichever is easiest:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, then request a refund from Paddle directly, or
- Email us at support.timegivers@gmail.com with your order details and we'll pass the request on to Paddle on your behalf.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app, or via paddle.net. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Beyond 30 days
Requests made after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll do our best to work something out.
